A glimpse into my life and work!
I have been a childminder since 2013. I grew up in a large family where I had a happy childhood. There was a balance between free play and family activities together. This basis still supports me today both in my own family and in my work as a childminder.
Diversity is always welcome with me, because the Orient is at home with my husband's family. My daughter and my husband like to be with me and play with the children. The local dishes are integrated into my menu.
My child day care is characterized by the careful interaction with each other.
Attention - I focus on the present through curiosity, openness and acceptance
Perceive - Feelings and thoughts in the present moment such as joy, sadness, anger, I listen with compassion and concern.
Diligence - my prudent behavior with great care, I deal carefully with the children's abilities, which keep them curious for more.
Consciousness - from the children's current game, how are they playing. with what
Non judgmental - an open and accepting attitude towards all children and their play
Empathy - recognize and understand their imagination, thoughts, physical reactions, feelings and respond appropriately. Instead of just praising, I name the good qualities with classic virtue terms.
"Mindfulness is the awareness that arises through intentional attention in the present moment and without judgment of the experiences unfolding from moment to moment."
