Observe and document

This is a professional tool for children's self-education processes.

The aim of the observation is to record the abilities and competencies of the individual child, to observe the educational topics and the questions in order to design my educational offer individually in order to support and challenge it.

There Lotusplan

It resembles the structure of a lotus flower, nine calyxes with eight petals. The Lotus Plan is a developmental documentary about setting goals for children's learning. I observe the area in which the child is currently developing and develop concrete goals to support it.

Educational and Learning Stories

The educational and learning stories approach is about creating narratives about a child's educational processes. The focus here is on the learning process: what is of interest is not so much what the child has learned, but rather how it has done so. The aim is to approach the child through observation and documentation and to support learning.
