Parent talks

The education and upbringing partnership with the parents in my day care

The focus of this partnership is the well-being of the child. Trust and appreciation, transparency, communication and openness between me and the parents are important prerequisites for this.

Talking to the parents

Right from the start, I want to build a trusting partnership with the parents and give them a lot of transparency and insight into my educational work and everyday events.

1

The admission interview

So that the family and their child have a good start. I have prepared a questionnaire for this, which helps the parents and I get to know each other, build trust and reduce fears.

2

Door-to-door talk

Since children under the age of three are often not able to talk about their day in my day care, I have short conversations about current events and the child's development steps as often as possible every day

3

The development talk

I would like to talk to the parents about the development of their child. This gives both me and you ideas for the support of your child. I prepare well for this interview using a specially developed template.

4

The conflict talk

Only together can we find a solution. The basic requirement from my side is that I listen actively, respect the attitude of the parents and that we want to find a solution.
